PAYMENT METHODS

You can order from Laundrytees.com with a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express). We also accept personal checks and Money orders (drawn on a US Bank - subject to clearing), eChecks, PayPal (eBay monopoly payment method) and Google Checkout. When using a credit card the billing address and zip MUST match the billing address for the card you are using.

We use a THAWTE VERIFIED SECURE SHOPPING CART with a signed https certificate so you can be sure that your order information and credit card data are secure.

HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER

1. Click on the thumbnail of the design you like

2. Select the style shirt you want first, followed by the color and size. Then click the add to cart button.

3. Enter any coupon codes you may have at this time. Any site advertised specials such as "Buy 3 and get FREE shipping" will automatically be added - no coupon code is needed for that. Continue shopping or proceed with the checkout.

4. If you are a returning customer and provided a password during your last checkout you can enter that now and your checkout data will be pre-filled (you can change this info at any time). Otherwise enter the check out data making sure that the billing address you provide MATCHES the billing address on the credit card you use. Save a password and you will be able to check the shipping status in the future.

5. Click CONTINUE to go through the rest of the checkout process selecting your payment method and verifing the shipping methods. Your oder is not complete until you have clicked on PLACE ORDER and your invoice appears. You will also receive an email stating the order is processed.

SHIPPING

Every Laundrytees.com order is custom made. After you place the order we manufacture the shirt for that order. Why do we do this? So we can offer varity. We have over 400 designs on 6 different style shirts in 10 colors and 8 sizes. To stock just one of each design/style/color/size would create an inventory of 192,000 shirts. So we custom print your order after it is placed. We usually have all sizes and colors of the mens and ladies shirts in stock. On rare occasions we are out of stock and have a delay of 3-5 days.

Your order should be shipped in 3-5 business days (we don't ship on weekends - sorry).

We ship all shirts via USPS First Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail (orders of 2 or more shirts). We do not offer overnight shipping - However, if you have a rush contact us and we will see what we can do. All shirts are shipped from our Chicago, IL factory.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Because each order is custom made we do not offer refunds - we do offer exchanges as long as you pay the shipping. Please check out the sizing chart before ordering. If you have a problem please contact us as we will fix the problem.

WHOLESALE

We do offer wholesale pricing on quantities of 12 or more for each design. We also offer custom designs with a minimim quantity of 24. Please contact us for more information.

For our true feeling on eBay check out our BLOG. Items offered on our web site may not be available on eBay. There are a number of reasons for this - mostly to comply with their thousands of RULES. Specials offeres on our web site as well as multiple colors and styles are NOT valid on eBay purchases.
